Bread Bowls

So my in-laws made all of us kids AWESOME Bread Bowls out of gourds. They've had one for years that we all loved so for Christmas they gave made us all one. They keep your rolls warm soooo much longer than a basket with a napkin. Mom and Dad chose the largest gourd for my family because of all the parties that we have and my family is LIKE HUGE. My father-in-law made mine ane he hand burned it to look Hawaiian. I love it! All of the others my mother-in-law made in the colors that every one else chose. However my brother Ricky didn't want his to look girly so he wanted to try and make his own. To all of our surprise his turned out great. He did his black and brown (very manly). My mom loved them so much that she is having them make more for our Aloha Festival in March. I just hope they can keep up with the demand.LOL

Our Little Puppies

So here are finally some pictures of the two puppies we have left. My kids are getting so attached to them. On a daily basis Bailey asks if we can please keep the last two. I have to tell her that 4 dogs are just to many. And then the tears start and the "I'm such a bad Mommy" comes out of her mouth. Oh the guilt. However I think that we've almost convinced her that the more dogs we have the harder it is for us to go to California. When we tell her that she then says"well if they go to a good home then maybe I will let them go". (As if she has a choice)

Baby Chihuahua's

So our dog Lilly just had puppies. She had 3 tinly little chihuahua's. My kids think they are so cute and I tell them how are they cute. They are so small that they look almost like little rats. I can't believe how tired I am. You would have thought that with the lack of sleep that Seth and I have been getting that we just had a baby. (no more for us) We were saying that we actually thougtht that we got more sleep with our babies than with these puppies. I'll have to take some pictures so I can post them.
